We work hard souring quality products for you from multiple locations around the world, and as such please be aware that individual items within your order may sometimes arrive separately.

Shipping & Delivery
“Uniique Much” is not responsible for any delays or lost packages that are caused by Australia Post or for International orders that are shipped by DHL, FedEx & Star Track particularly during high volume periods or unforeseeable delays.
If you do not receive your order within one to two weeks of placing your purchase, please email us with your full name and order number immediately and we will investigate the whereabouts of your order. In most cases this may mean that delivery was attempted and that your parcel is waiting for you at your local post office for collection.
For whatever reason if you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a secure location if considered safe by the delivery driver. If the delivery driver does not feel as though it is safe to leave your parcel, it will be taken to your nearest Post Office.
All deliveries are made during Business days only (before 5PM AEST).
Our team will inform you once your order is packed and ready to leave for delivery via email with your tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.

- Our team will inform you once your order is packed and ready to leave for delivery via email with your tracking number.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date your order has been received (excluding sale items). Uniique Much only offers store credits if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be received in original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- Items must have no marks or stains
- For hygiene purposes we do not accept lingerie, swimwear, or any other undergarments without the hygiene seal in place.
- Our team will do their best to process all returns as soon as possible and appreciate your patience.
- Our team will send you an email with the details of your processed return once items have been received.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost (unless deemed faulty by our team). Please return using a standard trackable service. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to process any exchanges (unless you have received the incorrect size). You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive any item of your choice.
- We do apologise if you have received a faulty item. To get this sorted, please contact our team on email@example.com with a picture of the faulty item and your order number, this will allow our team to confirm if the item is deemed faulty before a refund is processed.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.(We do not refund postage or shipping costs)
- To return your product, please email us on: firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line: RETURN & YOUR ORDER NO.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
