Returns & Exchanges


  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date your order has been received (excluding sale items). Uniique Much only offers store credits if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be received in original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • Items must have no marks or stains
  • For hygiene purposes we do not accept lingerie, swimwear, or any other undergarments without the hygiene seal in place.
  • Our team will do their best to process all returns as soon as possible and appreciate your patience.
  • Our team will send you an email with the details of your processed return once items have been received.
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost (unless deemed faulty by our team). Please return using a standard trackable service. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


  • Unfortunately, we are unable to process any exchanges (unless you have received the incorrect size). You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive any item of your choice. 


  • We do apologise if you have received a faulty item. To get this sorted, please contact our team on with a picture of the faulty item and your order number, this will allow our team to confirm if the item is deemed faulty before a refund is processed.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.(We do not refund postage or shipping costs)

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
